（1）由此制备的单抗具有表位广谱性，能识别种类各异的抗原表位，包括线性表位、蛋白糖基化或其他转译后修饰相关表位，以及构象性表位等，有助于筛选靶抗原蛋白上识别位点不相重叠的高亲和力配对抗体。
（2）每次免疫后得到目标抗体的成功率为80% （传统方法的成功率为30%左右）。且从基因到单克隆抗体仅需3个月（比传统方法省出一半的时间）。
（3）利用DNA免疫能诱导产生高亲和力抗体的特性，并通过用重组蛋白或重组病毒的异质性（heterogeneous）免疫加强来提高免疫应答水平，从而获得表达高亲和力抗体的亚克隆。
