TriDye™ 1 kb Plus DNA Ladder 是预混预制型分子量 Marker，包含三种示踪染料。在琼脂糖凝胶电泳过程中，这些染料可用作监测迁移进度的可视化辅助。
DNA Ladder 包含多种已获专利的质粒，此类质粒经适当的限制性内切酶消化完成后，产生的 19 条条带适合用作琼脂糖凝胶电泳分子量标准。消化后的 DNA 包含 100 bp 到 10 kb 的片段。0.5、1.0 和 3.0 kb 条带的强度更高，可用作参照带。
