Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SV40 Large T antigen antibody (GTX134378) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
SV40 T-antigen antibody detects SV40 T-antigen protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: 293T cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
Green: SV40 T-antigen stained by SV40 T-antigen antibody (GTX134378) diluted at 1:500.
Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:100.
Scale bar= 10 μm.
