技术原理

本套装采用 双抗体夹心ELISA，首先在预包被酶标板上固定抗小鼠IgG3的捕获抗体。样本或标准品加入后形成抗原–抗体复合物，随后加入生物素化检测抗体和链霉亲和素‑HRP，完成四元复合物的构建。经洗脱后加入 TMB 底物，在 HRP 催化下显色（蓝→黄），通过 450 nm 波长读取 OD 值，OD 与 IgG3 浓度呈正比，实现定量。

Technical Principle
