产品背景

Gas6（生长停滞特异性蛋白6）是一种分泌蛋白，具有Gla结构域，其活性依赖于维生素K。Gas6通过受体Axl、Dtk/Tyro3和Mer传递信号，在细胞凋亡保护、血小板活化调节、炎症抑制等方面发挥重要作用。

检测原理

本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心ELISA原理。首先用抗Gas6抗体包被酶标板，加入样品或标准品后，Gas6与固相抗体结合。洗涤后加入生物素化检测抗体，形成免疫复合物。再加入链霉亲和素-HRP偶联物，最后加入TMB底物显色。OD450值与Gas6浓度呈正比。

Experimental Precautions

Background

Gas6 (Growth Arrest-Specific Protein 6) is a secreted protein containing a Gla domain, and its activity is vitamin K-dependent. Gas6 signals through the receptors Axl, Dtk/Tyro3, and Mer, playing important roles in processes such as protection against apoptosis, regulation of platelet activation, and suppression of inflammation.

Assay Principle

This kit employs a double-antibody sandwich ELISA principle. The microplate is pre-coated with an anti-Gas6 antibody. After adding samples or standards, Gas6 binds to the immobilized antibody. Following a wash step, a biotinylated detection antibody is added to form an immunocomplex. Streptavidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is then added, followed by the TMB substrate for color development. The optical density (OD) at 450 nm is proportional to the concentration of Gas6.
