检测原理简介

本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心法。预先用特异性抗体包被酶标板，样品或标准品中的大鼠IgG2a会与包被抗体结合。随后依次加入生物素化的检测抗体和链霉亲和素-HRP，形成复合物。加入底物TMB显色后，颜色的深浅与样本中的大鼠IgG2a浓度成正比，通过酶标仪在450nm波长下测定OD值即可进行定量分析。

Detection Principle

This kit employs the double-antibody sandwich method. The microplate is pre-coated with a specific antibody. Rat IgG2a from samples or standards binds to the coated antibody.
