实验原理（双抗体夹心法）

微孔板表面预包被大鼠β‑Hex特异性捕获抗体，样本或标准品加入后形成抗原‑捕获抗体复合物。随后加入生物素化检测抗体与链霉亲和素‑HRP形成抗体‑抗原‑抗体‑酶复合物。经过多次洗涤后，加入TMB底物在HRP催化下显色，最终以硫酸停止反应得到黄色产物。使用酶标仪在450 nm波长测定吸光度（OD），依据标准曲线计算样品中β‑Hex浓度。

Principle of the Assay (Sandwich ELISA)

The microplate surface is pre‑coated with a rat β‑Hex‑specific capture antibody. Upon addition of samples or standards, antigen‑capture antibody complexes form. A biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin‑HRP are then added, generating a capture‑antigen‑detection‑enzyme complex. After multiple washes, TMB substrate is introduced; HRP catalyzes color development, which is stopped with sulfuric acid to produce a yellow product. Absorbance at 450 nm is measured with a plate reader, and β‑Hex concentrations are calculated from the standard curve.
