实验原理

Assay Principle

This kit employs the sandwich ELISA principle. A rat ACE2-specific capture antibody is pre-coated onto the microplate. After adding samples or standards, the ACE2 antigen binds to the capture antibody. A biotinylated detection antibody is then added, forming an antibody-antigen-antibody complex. Subsequently, Streptavidin-HRP is added, followed by TMB substrate for color development. The intensity of the color is proportional to the ACE2 concentration in the sample.
