聚体的比例达90%,具有与Jurkat(CD3+)和K562/A02细胞(Pgp+)结合的活性,与抗CD3ScFv及抗PgpScFv的亲合常数相当且能同时与Jurkat和K562/A02细胞结合形成玫瑰花环。结论 首次成功地构建了抗CD3/抗Pgp微型双功能抗体,并获得高效表达,表达产物具有与相应二个靶抗原结合的活性,应用针对特异肿瘤抗原的单克隆抗体对肿瘤进行治疗是肿瘤免疫疗法的重要组成部分。与传统化疗相比,单抗具有针对性强的特点,因此避免了对正常组织的杀伤,特别对于清除肿瘤的残留灶、转移灶具有良好应用
