检测原理

Detection Principle

This kit is based on the double-antibody sandwich principle. The pre-coated human GLP-1 specific antibody captures the target protein from the sample. After adding the TMB substrate for color development, the color intensity is proportional to the GLP-1 concentration in the sample, and absorbance is read at 450 nm for quantitative analysis.
