检测原理

本套件基于双抗体夹心ELISA：

1. 将抗人Fas的捕获抗体预包被于酶标板孔中。
2. 加入样品或标准品，Fas分子与固相抗体形成第一层复合物。
3. 洗涤去除未结合组分后，加入生物素化检测抗体。

Detection Principle

This kit is based on a dual‑antibody sandwich ELISA:

1. The capture antibody specific for human Fas is pre‑coated onto the microplate wells.
2. Sample or standard is added; Fas molecules bind to the solid‑phase antibody, forming the first complex.
3. After washing to remove unbound material, a biotinylated detection antibody is added.
4. Streptavidin‑HRP conjugate is then introduced, enabling specific biotin–streptavidin interaction.
5. TMB substrate is added; HRP catalyzes formation of a blue product that turns yellow after addition of stop solution. The absorbance is read at 450 nm.
6. OD₄₅₀ is proportional to the Fas concentration in the sample and is quantified using the standard curve.
