检测原理

Assay Principle

This kit is based on the sandwich ELISA principle. The microplate is pre-coated with an anti-human GDF-15 antibody. GDF-15 in the sample binds to the immobilized antibody, followed by sequential addition of a biotinylated detection antibody and a Streptavidin-HRP conjugate, forming a complex. The TMB substrate develops color catalyzed by HRP. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of GDF-15, enabling quantitative analysis via a standard curve.
