检测原理简介

Brief Detection Principle

This kit employs the classic double-antibody sandwich method. The purified human PYY antibody pre-coated on the microplate captures PYY from the sample or standard. Subsequently, the biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP are added sequentially to form a complex. After adding the TMB substrate for color development, the intensity of the color is proportional to the concentration of PYY in the sample.
