技术原理

Technical Principle

This kit is based on a double antibody sandwich technique. The microplate is pre-coated with a specific anti-human Thrombopoietin antibody. After adding the sample, the target TPO forms a capture complex with the solid-phase antibody. Subsequently, a biotinylated detection antibody and Streptavidin-HRP conjugate are added, achieving signal amplification. After adding TMB substrate, color development occurs catalyzed by HRP. The reaction is stopped by a stop solution, and the OD value is measured at 450 nm using a microplate reader. The OD value is proportional to the TPO concentration, enabling quantification within the range of 62.5 pg/mL - 4,000 pg/mL.
