    使用说明

    保存与稳定性

    Function and Application Background

    M‑CSF (also known as CSF‑1) regulates survival, differentiation, and proliferation of monocyte/macrophage lineages within the hematopoietic system. By binding to the CSF‑1 receptor, it promotes monocyte‑to‑macrophage transition and is essential for functional maturation of macrophages. This factor is widely used in placental development studies, inflammation models, and in vitro macrophage cultures.

    Usage Instructions

    3. After reconstitution, perform serial dilutions as required for your experiment; use low‑binding centrifuge tubes to minimize protein adsorption.
    4. Add 10–100 ng/mL to cell culture medium (or as dictated by literature/experimental design) to stimulate macrophage proliferation or differentiation.

    Storage and Stability
