大鼠抗犬MHC II类单态抗体,克隆号YKIX334.2,可识别犬MHC II类分子的单态表位,该抗体已在第一届犬白细胞抗原研讨会上得到鉴定(Cobbold et al. 1994)。主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)是一组在感染免疫应答中起关键作用的基因簇。在犬中,该区域被称为犬白细胞抗原(DLA)区域。该大鼠抗犬MHC II类抗体可通过免疫沉淀法检测约32/34 kDa的抗原,并在体外实验中阻断MHC II类依赖性反应的增殖。在犬体内,MHC II类分子表达于所有外周血单个核细胞。

Rat anti Dog MHC Class II Monomorphic antibody, clone YKIX334.2 recognizes a monomorphic epitope on canine MHC Class II and was classified at the First Canine Leucocyte Antigen Workshop (Cobbold et al. 1994).The major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is a cluster of genes that are important in the immune response to infections. In dogs, this is referred to as the dog leukocyte antigen (DLA) region. Rat anti Dog MHC Class II immunoprecipitates an antigen of ~32/34 kDa and blocks the proliferation of MHC Class II dependent responses in vitro. In dogs, MHC Class II is expressed by all peripheral blood mononuclear cells.储存信息
