小鼠抗人CD38抗体，克隆AT13/5 可识别CD38，该蛋白亦称为ADP-核糖基环化酶/环状ADP-核糖水解酶1、2'-磷酸-ADP-核糖基环化酶、ADP-核糖基环化酶1、环状ADP-核糖水解酶1或T10。CD38是一种由300个氨基酸组成的约45 kDa单次跨膜II型糖蛋白，克隆AT13/5的反应模式与CD38抗体簇的其他抗体一致。CD38在浆细胞、单核细胞、早期淋巴细胞及活化的T细胞中表达。
CD38广泛应用于B细胞和T细胞分化与活化过程的研究。该蛋白是一种多功能酶，参与钙信号传导和烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸（NAD⁺）代谢过程（de Oliveira等，2018）。

CD38 is widely used to study the processes of B and T differentiation and activation. CD38 is a multifunctional enzyme involved in calcium signaling and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) metabolism (de Oliveira et al. 2018).

Use 5μl of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100μl. Best practices suggest a 5 minutes centrifugation at 6,000g prior to sample application.
