Staining of cells labeled with a primary mouse antibody of IgG2a and b isotype. Detection of cells expressing surface IgG2a and bThe Anti-IgG2ab antibody, mouse is suited for flow cytometric analysis of mouse B cells expressing surface IgG2a or IgG2b, for example, memory B cells. The antibody can further be used for the indirect immunofluorescent staining and flow cytometric analysis of cells labeled with primary mouse antibodies of IgG2a or IgG2b isotype.
