Detection of TUBG1+ cellsClone REAL1419 is an antibody fragment derived from the full TUBG1 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL1419 recognizes TUBG1, also known as Gamma-1-tubulin or GCP-1 and belongs to the tubulin superfamily. TUBG1 is a cytoskeletal protein, highly expressed in centrosomes where it binds to microtubules as part of a complex referred to as the gamma-tubulin ring complex. The protein mediates microtubule nucleation and is required for microtubule formation and progression of the cell cycle. TUBG1 is thought to be involved in cytoskeletal organization and mitosis. It has been shown to interact with α-tubulin, paxillin, and RAC GTPase activated protein 1. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675). |
