Detection of TMEM119+ cellsClone REAL1413 is an antibody fragment derived from the full TMEM119 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL1413 recognizes the human TMEM119 antigen, a transmembrane protein identified as a microglia-specific marker in the human CNS. TMEM119 plays an important role in bone formation and normal bone mineralization, it promotes the differentiation of myoblasts into osteoblasts. It is also essential for normal spermatogenesis and late testicular differentiation. TMEM119 is an important microglia marker and is implicated in neurodegenerative diseases. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675). |
