Detection of Granzyme A+ cellsClone REAL1392 is an antibody fragment derived from the full Granzyme A antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL1392 recognizes the mouse Granzyme A, which is located in CD8+ T cells and in normal lymphoid tissues such as thymus and spleen. Granzyme A belongs to the serine protease family, which is involved in cell lysis mediated by cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) and NK cells. Also known as granule enzymes, granzymes comprise majority of the mass of cytolytic granules in cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) and NK cells. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675). |
