    Detection of ERp57 (PDIA3)+ cellsClone REAL1454 is an antibody fragment derived from the full ERp57 (PDIA3) antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL1454 recognizes ERp57 (PDIA3), a member of the protein disulfide family of endoplasmic reticulum localized oxidoreductases. It plays an important role in disulfide bond formation and protein folding. Along with calnexin and calreticulin, it is essential for the synthesis and quality control of nascent glycoproteins in the secretory pathway. ERp57 (PDIA3) is upregulated in multiple neurodegenerative diseases and cancers. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675). |
