Detection of Cytokeratin HMW+ cellsClone REAL645 is an antibody fragment derived from the full Cytokeratin HMW antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL645 recognizes the human Cytokeratin HMW (High Molecular Weight), which includes the cytokeratins 1,5,10 and 14. Keratins are polypeptides with keratin-containing intermediate filaments, which play a critical role in mechanical stability and integrity of epithelial cells and tissues, have regulatory functions and are involved in intracellular signaling pathways. Clone REAL645 detects squamous and ductal epithelium and other complex epithelia in normal tissues, e.g. basal cells in prostate, and myoepithelial cells in breast and corresponding tumors. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675).
