Detection of Cytokeratin 20+ cellsClone REAL753 is an antibody fragment derived from the full Cytokeratin 20 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL753 recognizes the Cytokeratin 20 protein, also known as Keratin 20 or CK20, that belongs to the intermediate filament family. It plays a significant role in maintaining keratin filament organization in intestinal epithelia. Cytokeratin 20 is expressed mostly in the intestinal epithelium such as in colonic mucosa and Merkel cells and functions as imunohistology diagnostic marker for adenocarcinoma arising from epithelia. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675).
