Detection of CD45RB+ cellsClone REAL755 is an antibody fragment derived from the full CD45RB antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL755 recognizes CD45RB, which is a splice variant isoform of CD45, the Leukocyte Common Antigen (LCA). CD45 is a haemopoietic cell specific protein tyrosine phosphatase, and regulates various signalling events through cytokine receptors and in response to cellular adhesion. Expression of CD45RB is found on T cell subset, B cells, monocytes/macrophages, granulocytes and dendritic cells. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675).
