Detection of CD3ε+ cellsClone REAL300 is an antibody fragment derived from the full CD3ε antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL300 recognizes the mouse CD3ε antigen, a single-pass type I membrane protein, which is a part of the CD3 complex and a subunit of the TCR complex. The CD3 complex mediates signal transduction in several intracellular pathways and has a role in T cell activation and antigen recognition by binding the peptide/MHC antigen complex. CD3ε is expressed on all mature T lymphocytes, NKT cells, and during the development of thymocytes. | The REAlease Kits consist of the respective fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes and the REAlease Support Kit for removal of the REAlease Complexes and optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes.
