Detection of CD325 (N-Cadherin)+ cellsClone REAL849 is an antibody fragment derived from the full CD325 (N-Cadherin) antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL849 recognizes the human CD325 (N-Cadherin), also known as Cadherin-2. CD325 (N-Cadherin), a integral adhesion glycoprotein, consists of five extracellular cadherin repeats, a transmembrane region and a highly conserved cytoplasmic tail. CD325 (N-Cadherin) is a member of Cadherins, which are involved in cell adhesion, forming adherens junctions. This is mediated by the extracellular domains of cadherins, whereas the intracellular cytoplasmic tail associates with different adaptor and signaling proteins. The activity of CD325 depends on protein-protein interactions and phosphorylation/ dephosphorylation actions. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675). |
