The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL1435 recognizes Cadherin-17, also called liver-intestine cadherin is a calcium-dependent cell adhesion glycoprotein, encoded by the CDH17 gene. Cadherins preferentially interact with themselves in a homophilic manner in connecting cells, and may thus contribute to the sorting of heterogeneous cell types. Cadherin-17 may have a role in the morphological organization of liver and intestine. The CDH17 geneis known to be associated with vascular invasion, tumor metastasis, and advanced tumor stage- Cadherin-17 is involved in intestinal peptide transport.
