Identification and enumeration of CD235a (Glycophorin A)+ cells by flow cytometryClone REAL629 is an antibody fragment derived from the full CD235a (Glycophorin A) antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL629 recognizes CD235a, commonly known as glycophorin A. CD235a is a single-pass transmembrane glycoprotein and is expressed on mature erythrocytes and erythroid precursor cells. It is one of the major sialoglycoprotein expressed on human red blood cells. | REAlease Kits consist of the respective fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes and the REAlease Support Kit for removal of the REAlease Complexes and optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes.
