Identification and enumeration of Ly-6D+ cells by flow cytometryClone REAL399 is an antibody fragment derived from the full Ly-6D antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL399 recognizes the mouse Ly-6D antigen, that belongs to the Ly-6 family of murine surface glycoproteins. The Ly-6 family members are normally GPI-anchored, cysteine-rich cell surface molecules, which play a role in neutrophil functions. Furthermore, Ly-6D characterizes the earliest stage of B cell specification and is able to differentiate between B cell and T cell development. | The REAlease Kits consist of the respective fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes and the REAlease Support Kit for removal of the REAlease Complexes and optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes.
