Identification and enumeration of CD80+ cells by flow cytometryClone REA983 recognizes the mouse CD80 antigen also known as B7, B7-1, or Ly-53. The 55 kDa member of the Ig superfamily is expressed on activated B cells, macrophages, and dendritic cells. The interaction of CD80 and CD152 (CTLA-4) or CD28 induces T cell proliferation and cytokine production. | Additional information: Clone REA983 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
