Identification and enumeration of Identification and enumeration of CD307c (FcRL3)+ cells by flow cytometryClone REA1277 recognizes the human CD307c antigen, a type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein that is also known as FCRL3 (Fc receptor-like 3), IRTA3 (Immune receptor translocation-associated protein 3), SPAP2 (SH2 domain-containing phosphatase anchor protein 2) and IFGP3 (IFGP family protein 3). CD307c belongs to the FcRL family of the Ig gene superfamily. Expression is found on NK cells, T cell, regulatory T cell, and subsets of B cells and plasma cells. CD307c has immunoreceptor-tyrosine activation motifs (ITAM) and immunoreceptor-tyrosine inhibitory motifs (ITIM) in its intracellular domains. It interacts with phosphatases INPP5D, PTPN6 and PTPN11 and with SYK and ZAP70. | It may play a role in regulation of the immune system. Mutation in the FcrL3 gene are involved in rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune thyroid disease, and systemic lupus erythematosus. | Additional information: Clone REA1277 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
