Identification and enumeration of CD307a (FcRL1)+ cells by flow cytometryClone REA566 recognizes the mouse CD307a antigen, a single-pass type I membrane protein, which is also known as Fc receptor-like protein 1 (FcRL1) or immune receptor translocation-associated protein 5 (IRTA5). One FcRL1 isoform lacks a transmembrane domain, the other isoform has transmembrane domains and cytoplasmic ITIM and ITAM-like consensus sequences implying the inhibitory or activating signaling potential. CD307a is preferentially expressed at different stages in B cell differentiation. | Additional information: Clone REA566 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
