Identification and enumeration of CD183 (CXCR3)+ cells by flow cytometryClone REA874 recognizes the rat CD183 antigen, also known as CXCR3. CD183 is a member of the CXC chemokine receptor family and is found on activated T cells, B cells, and NK cells during inflammation. CD183 plays a critical role in T cell migration and is important for activated T lymphoblast recruitment. It mediates the proliferation, survival, and angiogenic activity, and functions as a 7-transmembrane spanning receptor for the CXC chemokines CXCL9, CXCL10, and CXCL11. | Additional information: Clone REA874 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
