Identification and enumeration of TCR Vα24+ cells by flow cytometryClone REA948 recognizes the TCR chain Vα24. The TCR recoptor complex is a heterodimer, which is responsible for recognizing fragments of antigens bound to major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules. TCR Vα24 is expressed on supsets of CD3+ T cells and on subsets of NKT cells. | Additional information: Clone REA948 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
