Identification and enumeration of STAT5 pY694+ cells by flow cytometryClone REA1371 recognizes the human STAT5 antigen phosphorylated at tyrosine 694, a member of signal transducers and activators of the transcription (STAT) family. The seven STAT family members play a critical role in activation of signaling pathways in response to the presence of various cytokines and growth factors (interferon (IFN)-α, IFN-γ, EGF, PDGF, and interleukin (IL)-6). It has been found in cancer cells. STAT5 is encoded by two separate genes, Stat5a and Stat5b that share high similarity. | Additional Information: Clone REA1371 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
