Identification and enumeration of P-Cadherin+ cells by flow cytometryClone REA1333 recognizes the P-Cadherin, a calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion glycoprotein also known as Cadherin-3. P-Cadherin belongs to the cadherin superfamily, and is expressed by some normal epithelial tissues and in some carcinoma cell lines. Cadherins are involved in cell adhesion, forming adherens junctions. This is mediated by extracellular domains of cadherins, whereas the intracellular cytoplasmic tail associates with different adaptor and signaling proteins. | Additional information: Clone REA1333 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
