Identification and enumeration of LAMP-5+ cells by flow cytometryClone REA590 recognizes the human LAMP-5 antigen, a transmembrane glycosylated protein, which is a member of the lysosome associated membrane proteins (LAMP family). LAMP-5, also known as brain and dendritic cell associated lysosome-associated membrane protein (BAD-LAMP), UNC-43, or C20orf103 is expressed in plasmacytoid dendritic cells and in brain. | Additional information: Clone REA590 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
