Identification and enumeration of IL-5+ cells by flow cytometryClone REA1025 recognizes the human interleukin 5 (IL-5), which is pre-dominantly secreted by CD4+ T cells. IL-5 is involved in a range of allergic reactions and mediates immune reactions against parasites. It also acts on other cell types such as B cells by inducing terminal differentiation of late-developing B cells to immunoglobulin secreting cells. | Additional information: Clone REA1025 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
