Identification and enumeration of H-2+ cells by flow cytometryClone REA857 recognizes the mouse major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I alloantigen H-2, which is found on nucleated cells from mice having the a, b, d, j, k, s, and u haplotypes. MHC class I molecules, which have an immunoglobulin-like structure and consists of β2 subunits, bind peptide fragments derived from pathogens and present them CD8+ cytotoxic T cells. | Additional information: Clone REA857 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
