Identification and enumeration of H-2Kb+ cells by flow cytometryClone REA1198 recognizes the mouse H-2Kb MHC class I alloantigen expressed on mouse MHC class I–positive cells of the H-2Kb haplotype. H-2K is a polymorphic cell-surface glycoprotein which plays a role in the presentation of foreign antigens to the immune system. Clone REA1198 does not cross-react with the d, f, j, k, p, q, r, s, u and v haplotypes. | Additional information: Clone REA1198 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
