Identification and enumeration of H-2Db/H-2Ld+ cells by flow cytometryClone REA695 recognizes the mouse H-2Db MHC class I alloantigen expressed on mouse MHC class I+ cells of the H-2Db haplotype. REA695 cross-reacts with H-2Ld. Reactivity to other haplotypes like, for example, k, f, p, r, s, has not been observed. In the immune system, H-2Db is involved in the presentation of foreign antigens. | Additional information: Clone REA695 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
