Identification and enumeration of galectin-9+ cells by flow cytometryClone REA1069 recognizes mouse galectin-9, which is a 40 kDa mammalian lectin expressed by lymphocytes, dendritic cells, granulocytes, eosinophils, astrocytes, endothelial cells, fibroblasts, and thymic epithelial cells. Galectin-9 is a ligand for TIM-3 and induces Tʜ1 cell death. | Additional information: Clone REA1069 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
