ELISA plate pre-coated by 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) Human B7-H5 Protein, hFc Tag (orb1173726) can bind Anti-B7-H5 Neutralizing antibody (orb1291214) in a linear range of 2.44–625.00 ng/ml. In order to specifically detect orb1291214, mouse anti-human Fab-specific antibody was used as detection antibody.
Flow cytometry analysis with 1 μg/mL Anti-B7-H5 (onvatilimab biosimilar) mAb (orb1291214) on Expi293 cells transfected with Human B7-H5 protein (Blue histogram) or Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram).
Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human B7-H5 mAb (orb1291214). (A) orb1291214 does not bind to 293T cells that do not express B7-H5. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1291214 was seen compared to the control when incubated with B7-H5-expressing THP-1 cells, indicating strong binding of orb1291214 to B7-H5. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
