Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using IKB alpha antibody (orb1274539) at 1:1000 dilution. Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25 ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.
Western blot analysis of extracts from normal (control) and IKB alpha knockout (KO) 293T cells, using IKB alpha antibody (orb1274539) at 1:1000 dilution. Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25 ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 3s.
Immunoprecipitation analysis of 150 ug extracts of A549 cells using 3 ug IKB alpha antibody (orb1274539). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using IKB alpha antibody (orb1274539) at a dilution of 1:500.
