In Vivo: The 2FA (2′-fluoroadenine) + MTA (5'-Methylthioadenosine) combination (100 mg/kg MTA; 20 mg/kg 2FA) inhibits tumor growth of four different MTAP− human tumor cell lines in mouse xenograft models.
