Immunofluorescent analysis of A431 cells using orb631175 (SHP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:25. Blue: DAPI for nuclear staining.
IP Result of anti-SHP1 (IP: orb631175, 4 ug; Detection: orb631175 1:600) with Jurkat cells lysate 3600 ug.
