| 背景 | F2RL2 (Protease-activated receptor 3, PAR3) is a G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) activated by thrombin and other proteases. It primarily couples to Gq/11 and Gi proteins, initiating phospholipase C activation, intracellular Ca²⁺ mobilization, and MAPK signaling. F2RL2 is expressed in platelets, endothelial cells, and vascular smooth muscle, where it participates in hemostasis, platelet activation, vascular inflammation, and thrombosis. Dysregulation of F2RL2 signaling is linked to coagulation disorders and cardiovascular diseases, making it a potential therapeutic target in thrombosis and vascular pathology. |
