Western blot analysis of INSIG1 Antibody (N-term) in Hela cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). INSIG1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
INSIG1 Antibody (N-term) flow cytometry analysis of Hela cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
INSIG1 Antibody (N-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human prostate carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the INSIG1 Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
