Western blot analysis of rat kidney lysates (Lane1) and rat brain lysates (Lane2) using THOC1 antibody
Paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma fixed with 4% Fixative. Antigen retrieval by boiling with citrate buffer. Blocking buffer is goat serum (37 degrees for 20 min.). THOC1 antibody at 1:200 dilution with overnight incubation at 4 degrees
